Mr. Çevikbaş mainly focuses on M&A transactions, corporate law and contracts as well as banking&finance and capital markets matters. He has advised strategic and private equity investors in mergers and acquisitions of public and non-public companies operating in highly regulated sectors, including finance and healthcare industries. He deals with M&A transactions of listed and private companies and provides day-to-day consultancy in corporate law, contracts and capital markets regulatory.

He has also advised his clients in complex financings and refinancing deals as well as equity and debt offerings in the Turkish market.

He has represented local and international clients in high-profile litigations and arbitrations before local and international forums.
